Let’s skate!

This is a technical skating skills class.

Join Coach Elizabeth for a hockey power and edge class. Every class includes exercises to develop edge quality, control, power, and efficiency. Athletes should have a minimum of 1-2 years of hockey experience prior to joining this class.

  • Foundational skating and edge skill development will include forward and backward crossovers, transition turns, forward strides, and more.

  • Exercises focus on how to skate efficiently to create power, with an emphasis on form and quality.

  • We take the time to break down skills and repeat exercises from week to week to ensure proper development and mastery.

What is this class like?

    Power Skating

    We use full-ice power patterns to build endurance.
