Athlete Classes

Let’s skate!

This is a technical skating skills class focused on edge control and power generation.

Join Coach Elizabeth for a power skating and edge class for youth hockey players in Rochester, Minnesota. Every class includes exercises to develop edge quality, control, power, and efficiency. This class is best for players who are motivated to improve their foundational skills. Athletes should have a minimum of 1-2 years of hockey experience prior to joining this class.

  • Foundational skating and edge skill development will include forward and backward crossovers, transition turns, forward strides, and more.

  • Exercises focus on how to skate efficiently to create power, with an emphasis on technique and quality.

  • We take the time to break down skills and repeat exercises from week to week to ensure proper development and mastery.

Elizabeth is an excellent teacher and makes getting better simple!
