This new Hockey Power & Edge Elite class is specifically for athletes at the high school, junior, or college level. Exercises will advance quickly and offer more challenging edge drills, turns, and power patterns. Class enrollment is limited.

No sticks or pucks. Helmet and neck guard are required; full gear optional.
